Don't just plan your next day's lessons. Plan a healthy lunch and bring lots of energy boosting snacks with you to school each day.
And, of course, make sure you are getting enough sleep and are eating a great breakfast each day.

Teachers, administrators, counselors, and a few outsiders met at 6:45 AM five days a week for morning basketball. Showers at 7:45, on the job by 8:00. Good way to start the day. I never seemed to have the energy to do it after dealing with middle school kids all day.
