Teachers Walking for Health

What are you exercise goals for the week? Did you walk today?

My goal is 4 days walking for exercise at least 30 minutes.

I walked today for 34 mins., stopped at the park with my son. It was great.

I was able to get a 30 min..walk in today, in spite of the ominous storm clouds overhead. Walking with my son is a perfect way to unwind after a day at school.

walked for 30...3 days in a row. I need to make sure I'm eating enough so that my energy doesn't drop too low, causing me to feel sick.

walked for 39 mins. I met this week's goal of 4 days, 30 mins a session.

Next week's goal (week2) is the same.

We went to zoo on Thurs, so I got some extra steps in.

Good for you! I never get out to walk.

I did participate in the parade for homecoming. That was enough walking for me!

Today I took a CPR class. It's been a long time since my last one. That will be healthy for someone.

Starting week #2- I walked 30 mins. today, a beautiful Sunday stroll w/ my son. We spent some time on our favorite tree stump watching the world go by.

2 days down, 2 to go- a beautiful evening stroll w/ the boy. I need to make sure I get earlier, as it is getting dark earlier.

1 day left! I am on a roll. I feel good. Walked for 40 mins. today. We hung out at the park for a bit.

walked for 30+. I will use this as my fourth day for week two. My goal for the upcoming week is 4 days, 30+ per day. I need to keep up the good work!

1 day down, three to go. took a 40 min walk. it's getting dark earlier!

we walked to the m. park...this is day 2. I only have one day left for this week. If I walk tomorrow, I'll have done 3 of 4 for this week.

We got our walk in today. This is the first week I've come up one day short. I'd like to get five days in this week to balance things out. I haven't noticed my normal back to school drop in weight. This is probably because I manage to consume a decent amount of calories each day and, maybe, my metabolism is slowing down.

DAY 1 for this week is done. I changed my route slightly, since we didn't stop at the park. I need to increase distance slightly. I also want to get five days in this week. Keep up the good work!
